Decompile APK to use in modification on Android Studio or Eclipse ?

i have a question very important.

of then two weeks that i'm going watching some videos of some peoples they working right now with ( Reverse Engineering Android Apps ), and they change the basic content like Packagename - app name - photos, and their Apps Modified is getting a great success to Google Play Store. sometimes after one or eight months their account Google play is become Blocked.
anyway they earn much money in final.

beginning i'm beginner in the kind Mobile Apps, and i go never working with this System that i call it the NotRight and Not Creativity.

but what's turning in my refresh like a little smart for make this System of Decompile with 50% of Creativity ?

if after the Decompile and Modified and Compile and ASO and add to the Store extr.... : Totally the Source Code of Layout and his Class.Java is working with any Error !

then ( how to put the Files of Decompile to Android Studio or Eclipse ) ? for Modified one all Content like moving the place of Button or add new Button Share or Localisation..., case by case of App ?

You would still need Android Studio or Eclipse skill to put all decompiled files into working project. The more files and classes, the task gets harder. I did things like that, and sometimes it's easy, sometimes near impossible (if app has obfuscated source codes, and decompiler fails on some methods). Sometimes it's just easier to make clone app from scratch, and only look for some ideas from the decompiled code.
