Curious about how? Hacking or softwear

So today my facebook is getting spammed with ads (See pictures) And whitout judging iam pretty sure this is a scam products

But my question is how are they getting their adds on all theise FB accounts, some of them have nothing to do with the product. Are they just hacking the FB profiles or some kind of softwear?

Iam just asking out of curiosity.
