all of them eventually shut down

best option I found is buy gift cards with crypto, usually can buy them for discounts too

But if not, hopefully someone knows a debit card that is relaxed with the kyc scam

Anything with Visa/Mastercard and Cirrus requires KYC

if you're looking for VCC (visa/mastercard) that you can reload with crypto, without KYC, there is "PST" that are present here on the forum, or other private providers

This is risky for the card provider so there are not many options.
