Actually, the US and EU have the strictest regulations; you need specific certifications to run crypto ads legally
 
If your business is licensed and your website is compliant, you can apply for Google’s crypto certification directly, but obtaining a crypto certificate won't be easy, this would require high quality documents and a secure setup
 
You can apply for software wallets, but Google does not allow applications for hardware wallets now.

From what I’ve seen, it’s not really about a “crypto certificate” like that.

Most times it comes down to regulatory approval in the country you’re targeting + how your business is structured.

I had a similar issue before and it wasn’t obvious at first until I looked deeper into the policy requirements and verification side.

Crypto ads are very sensitive, even small details can trigger disapproval.

It is possible, but it requires a lot of paperwork and a legit financial license (like FinCEN for the US). Google is very picky about the landing page compliance too. We’ve successfully done this before by matching all legal requirements with a high-trust account setup. It’s a slow process, but it works

I tried to get through FinCEN and Money Transfer organizations. But there were continuous refusals, maybe it's really the site, could you tell me what the requirements for the sites are?

Yes, there is a way, but Google has made it more complicated now, so there isn't a 100% foolproof method. But we're working on it so that it will be easy to do again.
