Creating New YouTube Channel

You violated multiple community guidelines...refer to our community guideline page for more info. My channel is a reaction channel like every other reaction channel... the bigger portion of the video being me. Last video was around 5 minutes long with the clip I reacted to being 38 seconds. I actually got un-suspended but then suspended again 30 minutes later.
Well first of all, you're obviously using copyrighted content which is technically not allowed without the copyright owner's permission. You can't just use copyrighted material and refer to fair use.
I'm not sure if this is against the community guidelines, though. As far as I know, youtube handles copyright infrigements separately.

Are you sure you checked all guidelines? (https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/policies/#community-guidelines)
Do you use "extra tags" in the video description or have masses of unrelated keywords in your tags?

Unless YouTube's gotten SO strict this year, this is not a problem until someone files a dispute to my videos (rare). I don't get copyright strikes or community strikes I just get completely taken out. I put the right tags related to the video, my channel is no different than the thousands of channels that do reaction videos. The only reason I can think of is that they somehow know I'm the same person that got terminated, so I posted on here to see if someone knows how to get around it.
