Creating new Facebook account after ad account being flagged

So I was trying to run my Shopify ad. I got banned for no reasons and their support system isn't replying.

Then I created a new account with different payment method, different phone number but same name(cuz sometimes fb asks government id)
Got banned after 2hours of running ad

Then I used my dad's account with different payment method and got banned after 2hours

Used different pages.
Where am I doing wrong.
Does it mean I can't use that domain anymore?

You can't make new account from the same IP and with the same ads route. You need to buy (look for) an old account, from your friend who doesn't use it anymore, and change the name in different order. (Nickaname, Name) For ex. if it was John richardson, now make it Richardson John. Try that it works. And be patient with your ads, build up the profile first, make friends give it some real engagement than place your acc info like credit cards, ads, pages etc. Hope it helps.

What about dynamic IPs? I also have my fb accounts banned and I was wondering if a changing IP could prevent another one. thanks
