Creating Multiple Same Niche Blogs On Same Hosting Provider

Hey Everyone!

First of all thanks to all of you who is reading this thread, may god bless you!

I’ve been running a blog in a particular niche. Now, I want to create a few blogs in the same niche but I’ll be using different keywords on another blogs.

My question is, should I:
— Keep all blogs in a same hosting account?
— Keep all blogs in different hosting account but same hosting provider?
— Keep all blogs in different hosting account with different hosting provider?

I’ve already tried the first method, and I noticed that almost 5-6 sites has been smashed without any reason by google. After 3-4 months my website impressions comes to zero suddenly.

I think it maybe because, google don’t want to me to own multiple sites in the same niche, maybe I am not sure?

Also, If in case, the best practice is to keep all blogs seperate as much as possible, how do you then setup search console. Because, while setting up GSC, you’re probably telling your system IP. In such cases, should we use VPN? If so, which one is the best?

I want your suggestions, please help me with your best experience!!

Note: The blogs are NOT meant to create a PBN network.

Generally I allot unique ip to every site in same niche. As far as GSC goes, I dont use it anymore.

This is what I would do if I were you.

In order to keep all the websites separate from each other do not use same GA account email for all those and keep GSC separate too by using different email. If you are using Ad Sense, then do not include all the sites in one Ad Sense account.

Use VPN to operate different sites.

These are few basic precautions you should take if you want to keep all the sites separate in Google's eye.

Let other community members advice what else can be done for this.

Even with your money site hosting, you have to think a bit like a PBN. I don't know why you want gsc? You can get what you need from Ahrefs free webmaster. Plus you can manage all your sites from one page view, and get better details about keywords. Maybe they aren't perfect, but they don't need to be. Whos to say googles are perfect?

Can you please tell me what do you mean by this statement.

Using VPN for what purpose?
— Logging to the wordpress?
— While logging to search console?
— Or what else

I was also guessing the same way, like being PBN.

Can you suggest any better cloud hosting similar to cloudways. They have dropped vultr and leonode from their plans.

I meant that if you have to manage 5 different sites while trying to hide your location then you can connect 5 different servers for 5 different sites (for example for site 1 use US, for site 2 use UK and so on) and stick to them every time you log into Wordpress dashboard.

I do not claim that this will 100% protect your identity from almighty Google but this, and the other mentioned above, tips are the basic ones that you should follow to make your sites look separate from each other.

(Have all the sites hosted with different hosts on different servers and not using same gmail id for all the sites GA / GSC are the most important ones.)

Is there any benefit for not using GSC. I always think to do an experiment to see whether a blog without GSC can rank or not.

I use different hosting accounts with different hosting providers for multiple blogs. It works great for me.

Personally, I didn't have any problem in hosting different websites in the same hosting account and provider.

When one of my sites gets hit, the rest remain unaffected but to be on the safer side, you can have different accounts and providers.

As in my case, all of my new websites ( 4-5 ) get smashed after 2-3 months. I never done anything wrong or suspicious. I was just publishing content as a normal blogger. But, yeah the content was written by same writer with same style and similar tone.

Did you faced any such issues in your case? Or anybody else?

I have never setup two websites on the same hosting. Maybe your website content is plagiarized?

use cloudflare. google, to my knowledge, does not penalize websites using cloudflare. i believe they even have an article or two about how the use of their services helps SEO due to serving the content faster and other things. my thing is i don't want my server's IP addresses available to the public or to search engines. i want to be judged by the content, not the server setup.

Why did you said: “even with money sites, I have to think like a PBN”. I just want to know the thought process behind this statement.

I have seen many threads and all of then are suggesting to keep all the sites as seperate as possible. Not mainly because the sites can go down or can be hacked all at once. But, they are saying to hide your ownership from google.

What are your thoughts on this?

Can you or anyone on the forum answer the question that does google penalize you when you try and overlay dominate a niche in their index, with the same spam content over just on multiple sites? I think that gives you the answer. Its obvious that they don't want people doing this. Try it if you feel like it, but you might be grinding your gears. You'll learn something from either doing it or not anyway.

I would have all the blogs in independent sites with the same hoster, then link each blog to one another via the menu.

Thanks bro for the help. I have actually lost 4-5 sites and wasted 7-8 months by keep trying on the same hosting. That’s why i am too worried before giving any next try.

I got your answer. I will have to test things, either way!

Just last doubt , sorry

— shall host my websites on different-different shared hosting provider ( hostgator, bluehost, siteground, etc)

Or

— Is this better to use single managed cloud hosting like cloudways, that provides servers on multiple platform digital ocean, Vultr, EC2?

Which one would you suggest?

i think for the same niche to use diffent hosting service from differnt hosting provider would be a best choice.
