OH NOOOO....is just have < 10 Article
please told me if this blog using Blackhat technique??what is that???
this make me think article not important again

The site has over 7,000 backlinks..

Content on your site has very little to do with pagerank by the way.
 
as homenet said backlinks is key to achieve that level you need some time and energy but it can pay very well in the long run

here is some methods to get quick backlinks
social bookmarking ---> search the download section for some automation tools and macros

article writing --->also there softs to distribute your articles to many directories at once

pinging

anyway you can find here a lot of ressources that teach this concepts in detail
 
Tip to have a huge page rank...:

1. Never use blogspot it is owned by one of Big G's engineers. Not good to start with. Go wordpress or other blogs.

2. Use original articles. (that came from you) unique and fresh.

3. Choose a keyword that relate/relevant to your blog and do a campaign on them.

4. Remove any External link on your site.

5. Put "No follow" tags on your other pages. (Link juices should only go to your main page)

6. Do what some SEO work on it.

I just checked the things he have done, he have created a wordpress + blogspot blogs network (Link wheel), link each other + Link Building

Umm no, I accidently double posted.. hence the 'double post' comment.

Page rank is a calculation of many things but mainly backlinks and their quality. I have a single post blog which is page rank 2. I also have a 100 post blog which is page rank 0. Guess which has the most backlinks?

Ok last week im still thinking article was important now i change my mind :), i think must stop my auto content generator for my blog now he he

yeah, I believe this site's owner must have used some black hat technique to get more than 7000 back links....
