CPM ads + Iframe/Autosurf/Popunder traffic, works?

I have a question, is possible to put like 10 CPM banners in a page from different ad networks, and generate traffic with Iframe/Autosurf/Popunder sites?
Or is this idea just pretty dumb?

You can do that and some places count those visitors too but they will ban you before you get any money out.

Not true. Without naming names, there are networks you can do this with. Test around, you will find the ones I am talking about, and will pay out.

Yes you can. There're fake "ad networks" that does this all the time (like CPMFun, Blueadvertise, CDXnInteractive, ...). They are all bad networks that stuff hidden banners. The banners are from other real ad networks like matomy, cpx, appnexus, zedo, other minors from Rightmedia agencies like adnetwork.net, adorika, ...
You need to see how the fakers works. Study and copy them
It's funny to see some big networks that don't give a sh1t if they are hidden...
But if some of them ban you it's not my fault!

PS: most of these networks will accept you only if you have good tier and big traffic.
