CPAlead and Facebook GOOD MONEY?

Hi Guys,
Before I start my CPA on facebook I want to know if it is not against the rules. I've tried to reach out to my manager account with but never heard from him. I know there are a lot of people with experience doing CPA so I would appreciate your advice.
I just made a landing page using blogger with is related to the CPA program. This one is just for a download that pay out is 0.60 and EPC is 0.15 . I'm planning to promote it to 30,000,000 facebook users.
Can anyone please share your experience doing CPA using this strategy?

Many people had problems before with cpalead after using fb make sure to check if this network is ok with the source of your traffic.

I have hard to believe it would be against their rules.
Drive traffic to your site -> from site to offer, kind of how it works.
Or are you talking about facebooks rules? No idea.

Unfortunately your are about 3-4 years too late with this.

Years ago CPALead basically got shut down due to FB promotions and also handed over all of their user information to FB. They told their affiliates the traffic they was sending was fine but as soon as shit hit the fan they bailed.

I think the new owners are cool but no FB traffic.

Only thing I do not agree with is using a blogspot landing page, it will decrease your Conversion Rate.

Thank you guys. If that is the case we are considering CPAlead is not a good idea on facebook. I've been reading here that instagram and thumblr and pinterest are good for CPA. Any thoughts about it?
I heard that blooger is not good for converting so I was thinking using webbly or wordpress just to begin. Then I m planning to use .TK to increase convertions. Has anyone use .TK?
