CPA/Youtube moral issue, help

Hey guys, to tell the truth I have stucked in a moral issue. My project what I would start is involved in CPA+youtube and I dont know what should I do.

The main idea came from a youtube video, the guy made a programme which can produce you advantage in a online computer game. And it is working too, so I thought this will be my niche coz as I saw I could easily beat him.

I thought about to download his video, watermark it and upload again but I dont know.

If I use his download link and his video with an additional watermark and maybe with a little modification is it illegal? My method would be this: video-> link to my landing page --> conent locked download --> his download link.

Secondly if it is an illegal program and I didnt upload it anywhere just show my traffic a link is it illegal? And is CPA networks allow this kind of method? Coz I would need to register one too.
And if its illegal then will they send me to court or just delete my account? /I mean both cpa networks, youtube/

Thirdly do you know any cpa method involved in youtube legal?

And if I make an own video with his programme?

Make spare account, modify video, upload, ka-ching

No he won't, if he contacts youtube, they'll ban him too.

It's always better to upload unique content. Of course, you can make good money by reuploading other's videos but in the end the ones who own the videos will win. It's simple as that. So, try to make better videos than your competitors, watermark them and bank!

Me too wanted to start CPA

Just do it , as the others have said there's nothing to panic for !
There are hundred thousands of videos that are just a copy of each other, prolly even million of fake files that don't work at all , and THEY WON'T GET YOU INTO ANY TROUBLE !

I've been doing YouTube + CPA for a long time now ..
