CPA without a website or blog?

I was wondering if its possible, and advisable to promote CPA offers directly without a site or blog? I want to move into CPA, but am new to all of this, and have zero experience on sites etc.
I hear you can directly drive traffic to your offer, but need a tracking system in place?? How can you do this directly and what is a tracking system?
(sorry, this is probably pretty basic stuff)

Depends what you kind of offers you're gonna use, you can try e-mail marketing and ppv / ppc?

There are some neat methods on these forums, keep reading

Yes. Some CPA networks require that you have a website though.

Some website-free methods to making money with CPA -

• Social Marketing (facebook pages etc)
• PPC Advertising
• E-Mail Marketing
• Theres hundreds of methods on this forum, use the search tool!

you can you paid for of advertising that is POF,PPC,PPV,Media Buying
In PPC what yu get is Coupons where you can try out these offers type on search and i am sure you will find many threads explaining these forms of advertising.

Most Networks want to see a webiste,a professional email address,phone number etc with so much fraud out here they want to make sure affiliates are legit good luck

you can use twitter, that's a good place for those kind of offers.
there are some cpa networks that will approve you without a site, you'll just have to explain and maybe proove your traffic sources
