afaik directly posting the link will just get the account banned and using link shorteners is useless, so is there a way to do this without a landing page?

either you cloak your link or use wix.com to create a landing page

You could cloak but that requires an awful lot of work to make sure you are doing it correctly.
But, to be straight up, the landing page is part of the process to convert people as a direct link to a sales page is not always the best way to get someone to sign up.

then can I just use wix and set up landing pages? I got a zip file containing 30+ from the forum and this just seems the best solution atm

You can use wix if you want - just make sure that the site does not look spammy.
I use WP on my own domains and rotate them in and out so the same domain is not being seen by FB bots and it keeps them from getting flagged.

although I wouldn't go with WIX unless you have no money to invest.Always ask yourself, would an offer look legit to you?
IF I would click an offer that directs me to a WIX page I know enough and close the tab.
