cpa offer

Hello BMW community i have a question for your guys. I have a website , which is landing page with an free ebook download. My question is : is it possible to lock the download button with a cpa offer..,, not only with a filelock with random offers .. i like surveys more or something with more conversion(cause i think most cpa offers are scammy ). plz help me .. Thanks to everyone and sorry for my bad english and if m not asking it right ..

Sure you can lock your content. I use OGAds lockers for that.

what do you think make more conversion??? survey offers???

I use PIN CPI and CPA offers. PIN prioritised but all types of offers are shown.
This turned out good for me but I get international traffic. It all depends where's your traffic from.
