Google will kick you out after spending like $5, especially with CPA offers.

Have you read adwords term? You can't promote a link that directed to another link (most of cpa offers like that). Even you use cloaker, they will know

Well you can use that to promote other things and earn money. Like affiliate marketing on clickbank
