CPA Networks allow posting leads via API?

I’m looking for CPA networks like adcombo which allows us to send leads thorough an API request. Because most of the advertising platforms doesn’t like affiliate links and ban the account without any warnings. With an API, we can collect the leads from our custom landing pages and send them later.
