Also, placement of your ads and how your site is structured matters a lot with conversions. i.e. buttons being after or before fold of video, etc.

Also it seems like the only network you tested for from a somewhat reasonable degree was with Ad-Center. You barely have any sample size for the others.

no that's not possible that those cpa networks ban your domain. those networks are not owned by single person or organization, there's no reason they all can blacklist you at the same time.

No conversions even after 10k clicks is weird, could be because of pandemic major european countries like FR,IT were having problems with card processors, so many chargebacks and companies were shutting down. this could hurt ur CR. but i can't say for sure.

right now i think everything is back to normal, i have huge traffic in IT and i'm not facing any issues with CR at the moment, before i had some ups and down but its all good now. have a look at my stats on afforce below:

i'm also planning to test out adcenter again if their sales are back to normal or not, i never worked with OGads before so that's in my list now after reading your post. but so far no complaints with afforce.
