CPA hide the referrer (traffic from youtube)

Hello,

I'm offering money now, $10 to help me set this up. I'll add you on msn. I"ll be home from work in ~ 5 hours from now, it's 12:55 in US central time

I'm brand new here and I really hoped I wouldn't have to ask any questions, but start contributing content for you guys instead. I'm fairly well known on HF as a coder and on SC as an elite earner - this isn't meant to be a brag, I just want you guys to know I'm not a leech. Anyway, my question probably has a simple answer, I'm just not understanding.

This is what I'm currently doing:

1) Get traffic from youtube
2) send the traffic to my blogs
3) Have that traffic download the files on my blogs
4) they get linked to SC and fill out a survey
5) I get paid

I would like to do basically the exact same thing, except with a cpa site and use widgets to lock my content. The thing is though, I don't know how to hide the referrer using the method I'm using. What I need is this:

1) Youtube traffic to my blog (which the blog is against the ToS of all cpa companies)
2) Make a widget button for the traffic to press to download the file
3) I need the people who are filling out the offers to look like they are filling out the offers from another one of my blogs (a legal one) I don't want to do the double meta blank refer, I'd rather do something that looks more realistic.

How can I do this?

This is kind of long winded, I apologize, I just feel the need to be thorough.

I don't want to sue the double meta refresh, I'd rather use something that I'm not going to get questioned about .

Cpa redirector looks great, but in the instructions it says to upload the file to my WP - I don't use WP, I'm using blogger and I have way to much traffic to change right now.

It's not porn, it some of my personally coded programs.

Will cpa redirector work for blogger? That seems easy enough to use.

use page jumper it make refer one site put code on one site it automatically redirect to other site

also use redirect am put your link in it blanks the refer when someone click link it shows redirect am symbol for 3 to 5 seconds then sends them to site want them be at without refer

So basically my two problems are, I don't want to use the double meta method cause I don't want a blank refer, and my blogs are all on blogger so I can't run the script made by brad.

Alright, so I think I've found a solution. Does it sound plausible for me to:

1) Create a new WP blog (something cpa legal)
2) Have that blog redirect to my real blog (not cpa legal)
3) Have a script on the WP blog (legal) that makes it look like the traffic is filling out the offer from there, but really the traffic is looking at an entirely different blog (cpa illegal one)
