I have a list of 1 millions emails. clean and all active real people.
extracted from a website where these people have subscribed .

So I imagined doing some CPA campaigns on this email list could turn very successful and profitable.

So I got to the point of finding the right email sender, and there are many out there.
Mailchimp
Sendgrid
Aweber
Klaviyo
Omnisend

But boy, the prices for these services are too high, cannot afford them.

Eventually, I went wit Mail250, their prices are acceptably good.
However, none of the emails I sent from them reach the inbox, all my tests ended up in the spam folder.

I optimized the email copy as much as possible, removed all spam trigger keywords using different websites.... and even sent emails with no links or anything...

But still, always into spam folder. Eventually I gave up them.

Now I would like to know what solution you people go for?
What email sender services you use?
Or do you configure your own SMTP server?
What do advise for someone in my position?

Anything you suggest that would help me make some bucks with this email list?

Using an ESP to mail 1,000,000 leads is out of the question. You are going to have to use some form of SMTP server.

I would use a combination of self-hosted SMTP servers combined with SMTP services like Sendgrid, SES and so on.

Once you start mailing, you can segment your open/click data and start importing that into ESP services.

Start-up costs for stuff like this are generally pretty high so you need to ensure the data is good, otherwise, it could be a costly, drawn-out process.

Inboxing is harder and harder, however, good data is worth its weight in gold. It's a balancing act between operational costs and revenue generated, especially in the beginning. Once you've got your data segmented, then you can start to lower costs and focus on profits.

Yeah I'm not a expert however I have sent emails to lists before. Your going to need hosting server but what I'm not sure is if you can send that many emails using a hosting company like bluehost. Can anybody else add input to this question

Was the website u extracted from yours?

Are you not worried about getting in trouble for emailing non-opted peoples?

You have any recommendation for good SMTP hosting providers?

I would have bought a domain from Namecheap and a privateemail from them and setup a smtp server (php mailing) which sends emails, Max $10. Might take a while sending those mails but cheap and delivered. And you can send as much emails as you want
