there was a thread shared here in 2014 that worked real well for me to build a system.
tl;dr was join DeviantArt, get a "free camera" cpa offer. then spam the comments/DM's of every recent upload. "hey i love your art. i got a free camera at http://xyz.com, i thought you could benefit from it too" .converted like crazy.
same thing on http://xhamster.com. make 100's of accounts and post comments on every popular video for some dating cpa offer. did this for 4 years until network decided the traffic wasn't pleasing the advertisers.
same thing on http://worldstarhiphop.com Disqus-based comments system pushing adult dating.
i was working on one to do same thing on http://liveleak.com comments, and they shut down the site a week later lol. same with pandora radio. they used to have a comment system believe it or not. they took it down when i was 3 days into making a bot.

the gold here is up to you to find these websites, make a small-scale bot (or just do it manually on 1 account for a half hour), and see if it converts. then scale it up.
usually these things boil down to how much anti-spam is in place by your target. and if your network is fine with traffic quality.

I think spamming forums (except this one lol) would be a great idea to start, I'm working currently on Pinterest bot, there anti-spamming is a joke so I can create hundreds of accounts and post thousands of pins, now I'm just trying to find the right niche(s), But even if I pick the worst one I'd still get descent amount of traffic.
