I have an adult website, i earn via plugrush + juicyads + crackrevenue 20-40$ a month.
I get around 700-900 visitors from google a day.(over 60% from US) (whole traffic:1,395visitors 10,710 visits a day)
I don't want to renew domain + hosting, because i don't have any license for using the images on the website.. And nowadays i'm starting to earn nice money, so i want to get rid of it.. If it couldn't be selled because of those images, has atleast the domain some value?

Yes , You can list your site over flippa , If you want to sale your website over here you need to be Jr.vip first for starting a BST.

I'm in the same situation as OP and I plan to sell few adult site in few month, I'm curious to know for exemple an adult site which earn $100/month 100% organic traffic from google, the buyer will have nothing to do apart add post if he wants more visitors and money

A site around $100/month can be sold at what price ?

I know for amazon or adsense we can sell it around 25 to 31 time the monthly earning but for adult site it is the same thing ?

Well it's generating an income so it must worth something. Not really sure the appraisal will be something that you will like.

I don't want to sell it here, just looking for suggestions like if i can sell adult on flippa and if it can come back to me in future, since i did the website and have no rights to use the images i used...
Anyway, thanks everyone for advices so far.
Could i be looking at price around 10 times a month earnings?

I feel bad for bumbing my own thread, but i really need help.
Yes it would be nice to sell it for couple hundret bucks, but if it can haunt me back in future(that i don't own the pics on the website), even thought i won't be owner anymore, it is not worth selling and i will just l et the domain and hosting expire.

You should be able to sell it for like 6-12 months worth of earnings, depending on statistics (how long its been active, how much you made over past few months and such stuff)

Yes, thanks. I kind of know that by now, but I'm more scared if it could hurt me in future, that how much i make from it.

Fullwall you won't be able to sell it on flippa because it's adult ( unless they changed). However you shouldn't have a problem unloading it if you let prospective buyers know everything. If you are transparent then you could walk away without any headaches. I have purchased stuff after knowing the risk. It's when someone doesn't tell you that there is headaches.
