Yes, your real identity can be found, and quite easily... If they are that determined. Move to another country which doesn't care for US law, or consult a great lawyer soon.

Yes there is a Vero form that anybody can fill out and pretend to be the copyright owner for that matter! So means even your competition can make a fake report and get your listing taken down! But from experience if you're trying to last long as you can selling Vero everything needs to be faked! Real Pictures of product, packing , price not too low etc etc

i don't know where do you live but i would suggest you to do nothing and act like nothing happened, at least for now.
 
I've never seen anyone come back and say, "Yes I got sued and had to pay $5000".
99% of the time, it's nothing. It's just a scare tactic. If I'm wrong, please refer me to links or stories
of where actual ebayers got sued thousands. I'd like to see some.
