Copying content is not at all safe for your blog image. For making an good image from the beginning online the article msut be unique. There are lots of SEO tools who helps you to check the copy percentage in your article.

Are you copying it and passing it off as your own, or are you properly citing it as someone else's work? Generally when it comes to genuine plagiarism, 0% is the maximum allowable threshold. SEO aside, it's a matter of ethics. If you want to use someone else's words or ideas, give them due credit.

Google has a built in filter for duplicate content
It doesn't want its index to show many copies of the same content so it will try to show the site that published the content first
While Google doesn't BAN duplicate content, in terms of PRACTICAL EFFECT, it might as well ban it
