Your best bet would be using AppsGeyser and it's also free and you can also distribute your created app on Play Store.

I need the whole page to be in the app, offline. I don't want the app to connect to the net.

A month ago i found a tutorial "how to convert website with android developer tools" but the site is down now..

You can put it in a WebView. So basically like an in app browser. But you will need internet access to use the app.

Learn basics of eclipse in a few days if you don't code at all and make "Webview" applications.
