As a person not living in the US I mainly market to the North American market. Early morning is a busy time as I check the marketing efforts put into place the night before.

A good financial result in the morning and I feel great, a poor effort and I feel flat but immediately analyze the stats and see what they tell me, what can I improve etc.

Do you remove emotion for the good and bad days like advice given to stock traders ? How do you deal with the good, bad and ugly emotions of online business/marketing ?

look in the mirror and yell at yourself.
When you have a bad day or a few. Its best to stay quiet and see how the next few days play out.
In many cases if you look at the week in general everything is fine.
If you think something is not right. check your campaigns. Check BHW for posted problems.
Like the stock market, emotions are needed to forcast what to do next.
But you need to follow emotions with research and trial/error

You are looking at things too short term... you need to look at a three month process instead of a daily process.

Keep a chart in excel and see where you have bad and good days and change your marketing efforts accordingly.
