Google's algorithm is becoming increasingly intelligent and detects poor, low-quality, copied content.
The same goes for social networks. It's a set of things that will make you fail.
Try to make few but good quality posts.

I would suggest you to make unique content, manually... nowadays those type of methods wont work at all
word spinners can only produce tier 2 content for your website at best.
Even a low cost writer at $5/500 words writer can write better than spinners.
But I would suggest you invest a bit more on a good writer with perhaps 10-20 articles, publishing 1 article per week, than to use a low cost writer with 100-200 articles publishing 1 article daily.
That's because higher quality but low volume content will outrank subpar quality high volume content nowadays.

Unique, quality and best represented contents are always attracted by the Google. There should be quality information with the keywords and use of informative images. The topics should accessed by the users and should get updated with the time. If you would like to post the content for the technical users then there should be technical terms, if it is for general category then the contents should be simple and easy to understand.
It is always recommended to have the contents with the combination of text and images so it become interesting for the users while reading and they got engaged with the same for the more time.
SEO point of view, you should use the keywords according to your contents though it is for general user or special users. Make sure to take the audience in consideration while writing the contents. You have to convert yourself according to readers.

This is a debate I have seen waged for as long as content has been created online. My personal experience with spinners has not been good. I have yet to find something that is able to produce the same quality content and value as a good writer. That quality and value is also what I believe creates conversions, gets people to share what you create, and helps build organic and instant traffic and ranking and in the search engines. The short term investment of getting quality content created, if used properly, will easily multiply your long term earnings many times over. I recommend caution when using any type of software to create quality information that is meant to be read, understood, and felt by humans.
