Contact Form Mailer

Hi,
I'm looking for a freelancer who can provide a software, macro, or scrapebox option to do the following.

1. import a list of urls
2. find the contact form if available
3. fill out the contact form using a spun article and click "SEND"?
4. limit the amount sent to an arbitrary amount, example. 100 per day or 200 per 24 hours

btw- i own scrapebox license
