Complaints using the contact us or support button at the bottom

Hi,

I am at a stage now where i am just tired and frustrated with the lack of involvement from the admins on the forum regarding a dispute i raised on 1st August. Since i have to be extra careful on what i say or do just to not get myself banned and which would be in the person who scammed me favour.

What i am asking here is if i log a complaint addressed to the owner of the platform who's username i don't know and i only saw few times years ago, would my complaint be passed on to him or its pointless. I don't want to be tagging random admins in the dispute thread which will most likely get me banned and i will lose the $880 i was scammed for ( 90% lost it anyways since it was paid using bitcoin ) . i have already written my complete complaint message but just need to get it to him somehow.

or should i just post my complaint letter in the dispute thread i raised and just hope that the site owner reads it? which might get me banned or warning as well which i am trying to avoid.

Losing $880 is painful, especially when it's the entire amount of the money that you have, hope admins sort this out asap, so we can safely use the market place, wish you best of luck man and I hope you get your money back

We have been involved with that thread and sometimes it is close to impossible to come to a conclusion.
