Yes, make sure the accounts are used tho. Best to promote PPS offers. Fresh new accounts last an hour or less

Haven’t used it in a few months but I would assume so. Their prices are cheap compared to the ROI you will be getting. $3 for 3 days of using their panels. Better than spending points per use of the panel. Moral of the story if you know what you’re doing you can turn $1 day worth of the panel into $150 or more every day.
