asked him for days to provide me with screenshots of the campaign he set up, he never did. So i told him i will file a dispute. Gave him more than 24h time after i told him this. All he said was "sry for delay bro" and then
nothing after this. It's been over 24h. According to him, the campaign is already running (i am not receiving any clicks, so i seriously doubt it. Considering he doesn't wanna send me proof either.)

Will attach screenshots, i tried talking to him many times. Leaves me on read, gives short replies and then does nothing!

The service he is offering is setting up blackhat ads on google. I paid him about 350$ for this, sent him my websites and keywords. Before i paid him, i told him that i want screenshots and video recordings
of the campaign to see if he really set it up. He said "no problem we can do that" so after that i paid him. When i asked him for those screenshots and video recordings he said he will send it to me but never did,
i asked him multiple times. He reads my message, doesn't reply. Clearly a big scam.
