The accused is temp banned for not handling things as they should be handled and trying to smoke screen his way out of this.

It would be in his best interests to make all those he is doing business wth whole.
Anything less it piss poor business and, although "piss poor" business is not in the ToS specifically, scamming members is.

Yeah man. He also gave me a negative review on my page and I literally never sold anything nor do I sell anything, I was one of his customers and it sucks that he can just do that because I reported him.

Knew something was wrong when he started posting stuff like this:
