You're not offering a solution. Your solution is garbage. You have proven that you can not run blackhat ads, if you could do that then you would have done it. Whats the point of risking a ban? You are offering something that you are incapable of doing. The only thing you can do is refund the money, but scammers don't do that. So you are not offering anything.
