Vultr currently thoroughly checks all accounts, so we've decided to introduce a three-day registration waiting period before adding an app to the store. Unfortunately, we're not aware of any specific ways this could be used; sometimes customers lock their accounts for several hours, requiring account verification. We recommend using Digitalocean/Linode/AWS, as they're currently more effective.
