Cloaking or Redirecting in Facebook Ads

Does anyone know here how people are getting away with redirecting or cloaking with Facebook Ads?

I see offers that must be working (I keep seeing them) and they definitely don't go to the display URL. I don't know how Facebook is not catching this, but I would like to do it myself.

Any ideas as to how to stay under the radar here.

well how do you think? simple IP redirection would work.. I dont think Facebook employees will be checking these adverts using Scottish IP addresses

Where are these adverts taking you to? Are they all dating??

Or else I I have heard of paid services too...but its always better to get if free.
