Which cloaker allows setting a condition to permit clicks only if a parameter's character length exceeds a certain value?

We built that feature internally but haven't pushed it to production. However, we do validate the usual suspects. We also offer custom solutions at the account level but they have to be hard-coded in our internal systems. You have to request it manually.
