Clickbank + Wordpress = ?

Hello and good day to you all. I've done my fair share or studying on BHW for about a year now and I've finally put a foot forward into a journey. I purchased a domain and hosting from hostgator, connected with wordpress and I've posted seo optimized content on each page of the site. The product I'm choosing to promote is of the dating niche, so I posted a testimonial from my youtube page (of course linked to my page and the products main page) . I know I'm not done but I'm trying to find ways to drive more traffic to my site. Im aware of the n00b questions that go on here but just thought I'd ask since I'm finally getting my feet wet

Have you tried Facebook groups and twitter?

I've tried facebook but all i get are a bunch of messages from people asking if I know them lol and twitter would probably end up with me getting banned right?

You need to join Facebook Groups. And there are plenty of ways to use twitter.
Read the forum and you will find lots of ideas.
Also, as long as you are sensible and not spamming 24/7, how do you know you will get banned until you try it?

This is true. I needed that, thank you. I guess this question pertains to niches in general on facebook but should I jump right in and promote on the group pages or should I build a following of friends and all that? My account is still pretty new so I thought I should spend some time on the following.

Take things slowly, build up an account, make it look genuine then start to promote your offers.
When using social media, soft sell, try not to look like you are marketing to them.
Also as you are in the dating niche, use female accounts to lure people in.

There are many groups on Facebook that can help you towards traffic. You can even start with the "Add me" ones, but they don't convert mostly, so keep that in mind.
Start slowly, build up friends and followers and then market your site/product.

yeah like many have said before facebook groups are the way to go for free advertisement. just dont add more than like 7 or 8 groups a day and dont add any friends or else you will have to indentify each friend later on in a security check..
