No one can say when you will get sells.
Its depend on many factors:
1. Worthy Product.
2. Targeted Traffic.
3. Proper Optimized Review that Push Visitors to Buy.
So make your review good that push reader to buy. But dont over promis or add false information , that will increase your refund ratio.
After Proper Optimization send more & more targeted traffic. You will get more sells.

I advise you focus on driving targeted traffic as it will convert more.
