Just want to know please, if you visit a page with same ip, but clean cookies each time you visit.

Does it help to get more visits with search engines please.

On a massive scale yes, although for any noticeable difference in search engine ranks you need to be getting thousands of hits per day and from different ip addresses.

There is a software for this shared here on BHW. Use the search function. And you better focus on bringing traffic to your site instead of having a good Alexa rank. Alexa rank won't bring you more $$$.
