Cheapest web design service?

I understand it takes time to create a custom website and its not gonna be cheap but do you have any tips how to get it as cheap as possible (coupons or something)
Been trying to design it by myself for weeks but am just not cut out for it :/

you can post an ad on craigslist. You will get offers from 200 to 10k. Or post on here in the market place, Upwork the list can go on and on

Speaking from personal experience, I would not have your main goal be to get web design/development done "as cheap as possible".

There's an old saying: "Pick two of the three: Fast, Cheap, Right."

I've found that if you pick 'as cheap as possible' it ends up just being cheap and neither fast nor right.
 
What is the definition of "cheap design" ? 1k? 5k? or 250$
 
if you ask about simple work like build wordpress blog from template without change lot's source,
you will find lot's developer with cheap price...
but, if you try to hire web developer for custom website with cheap price
will make you broken heart " what you pay is what you get "
 
You can buy a template and then tweak the design instead of starting from scratch. That will reduce cost/time and you will have a relatively fresh design.
 
Speak to @yachi or @keywordspot they can both put together sites at a good price, depending on your requirements.
 
Tons of places you can look for, which makes it more overwhelming!

I'd suggest starting in the BST section of this forum as you're already a member and won't have to signup a new account on any other site and waste time in making yourself look legit. Plus you can always post in their thread and/or shitlist if they try to scam you. BHW is very strict when it comes to buyer protection!
 
I mean you could pay 500$ or you could pay 100$ for same quality. Do you know any seller that offers quality for "cheap" (100$ or less)?
