SO... what are we all using for our PBN hosting nowadays?

Namecheap is obviously cheap. Hostgator isn't too bad.

What other shared hosting companies are you guys using?

I think OVH is one of the cheapest hosting and try to find Promo Codes for other hostings. That's can make a 30% discount for some plans.
And price not the main factor in my opinion. You need to know how you will manage sites, what panel (cPanel, ISPmanager etc.) there and other bonuses like the defense from DDOS etc.
 
Be careful with "cheapest" -- you get what you pay for. The safest option probably would be to use large cloud providers like AWS, DigitalOcean, OVH, etc. and simply provision a new server whenever you want to launch a new blog. You can get a small server for around $5, which is relatively cheap but does add up when you have several PBNs, plus you'll have server maintenance.

There are PBN hosting providers that do all of this for you, of course, including regular backups. While perhaps not the cheapest route, it's certainly the most convenient and it is usually possible to find affordable options within your budget.
 
Are you going to put all your domains on the same server? or Class C IP?

You should look for a distributed hosting structure using different services

Maybe $1 per month per domain on totally different Class C IPs and on the same server hosting other sites you don't own.

The key to LONG LIVED PBNS ? A "Natural" look
