Hello, i am currently in the decision for looking for a host outside of the US that allows warez-linking, as linking stuff doesn't really take up that much space.
The reason why is because I have a warez-linking forum with 100+ members so far since November, but its been on a foreign free host who doesn't seem to care that it links warez, because they even checked the site itself when I said i was facing downtime, which was a little odd. But still, they didn't care, but their ad-system is terrible.
Like i said, its forum-based, and it relies on linking, so I am looking for any very cheap host that has small packages like 2 GB HDD/SDD with decent bandwidth. My forum is already at 2000+ posts and it's backup database is a measly 4 MB. Payment with Paypal is a must, i haven't really dabbled with Bitcoin.
