Changing profile

Hello Guys.

Can someone help me with my problem.
Which program should i use to change profile on facebook and instagram.
And I mean when I'm loging into some accounts i always need to click "log out" and then switch for other proxy and then again log in (fb and instagram is the same) but sometime ofc by mistake i forgot to click button logout and I'm logging into account with wrong proxy which mean i got insta veryfication/block.
Can anyone provide me with inf what to do and what should i use to prevent this please ?

Really there is no other option ? So if someone manage a few big fanpage or instagram he can lose it in one second ?

If you can buy a software there is a software multilogin. Where you can stick a proxy with a account and with different device and browser settings.

You mean Jarvee for example ?

Multilogin is a software. That allows 100 profiles you can set with 100 different devices and 100 different proxies. You just search for multilogin on google. You will have enough information about it.
