about 5-6 months ago working to buy with payoneer on binance... I make a lot of transactions. I haven't tried it now
i opened an account yesterday and immediately got restricted

Be VERY careful purchasing crypto on Binance.

It was trending on Twitter recently and is a terrible platform that locks people's crypto indefinitely at times for no reason.
Try Coinbase but ALWAYS ALWAYS move your coins from there to a decentralized wallet such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet and then to a hard wallet such as Trezor.
Not your keys, NOT your coins.

You should stick to p2p, nothing better than doing transactions without providing every document possible that you are who you say you are.
