Can traffic exchange sites get you banned?

i was banned for using copyright videos in my youtube channel but never came across the traffic exchange technique...but be careful youtube even dont allow even copyright audio on original videos...
 
Traffic exchange is not allowed anywhere, what makes you think adsense would allow it? It's useless traffic.
 
you can get banned from adsense for no reason, so yes

Traffic exchange will guarantee your adsense account being closed. So I'd suggest not to try it, you'll also waste money and time.

I do not recommend traffic exchange services to promote your website, as they will provide you with artificial hits and no real benefits.

If you want to get more genuine traffic to your website, without relying on artificial hits, you have to constantly update it, focus on quality, SEO and to put every effort into making it an excellent product.
