Can I use PLR Article for my blog? Ll use some software and such application to use for spin and rewrite and then publish? For example, I have checked through that software and everything is right 100% Copyscape passed. So is it good to publish? The content is very good and readable.

if it passes plagiarism checker and also has good quality, why not
I have checked it passes 100% plagiarism checker.

If it passes plagiarism check, good, but i doubt they do.
I am not copying the article. I am going to rewrite and spin some words and while I am checking it's cent percent unique.

As per my knowledge, it's fine to rewrite and post if it is a PLR article. However, sometimes google tend to not rank PLR articles if it isn't properly rewritten. The best way is to publish the article and see the result
