Its hard to identify if one account is fake or not or whether they are using a real name or not. So, as a seller, you must learn how to address trust issues. You can post proof of transactions etc.

You can of course use a fake name on Facebook but do not do this on main account or one which you want to use for very long time. This is because if it is banned, they will ask to submit id proof with same name.

Yes, you can do that. I am using 2 profiles on Facebook. 1 is real and another is fake for marketing purposes. But please make sure don't spamming anywhere. Then your ID will be banned.
