Yes you can use this content in your website but make sure that you need little bit editing in that content and also check the backlink of these website it was good or not. Check the content quality was fine of not.

Yes you can use the expired domain content in your site.
But Make some changes on it.
Making Unique content will be a better and good one.
Because Google will love the new and the unique contents instead of the same contents.
If you can't able to write the good and Unique content prefer the Content Writers.

yes sure buddy you can easily use it without any problem as i have used it on many of my sites and hadn't face any problem yet even use it on my pbn . Just check its uniqueness before posting on your site

Please check if that expired domain still get indexed on Google or not? If yes, please check which pages are getting indexed. Then you can use any articles that have not been indexed on Google

I've been doing it for money sites and T1 without a problem.
Go for it and don't listen to people who are just guessing without trying!
