Can I upload the same YT video just with different names and descriptions???

Is there any working tool for this and if possible can you get banned for uploading the same video over and over again???

The file name needs to be different as well. Your vids just wont show up if there's ten videos with the same id in it. There are "uniquify" bots floating around the internet. Try looking for something like that.

It is possible with Video Spin Blaster and other alike softwares.

You also need to rename the file, tile

I don't think you will get banded for something like that i am not sure about the rules but i have few videos that are the same with different info.
So youtube stuff probably can't monitor all the users and videos.
