Can I track analytics in Google analytics of a redirecting domain?

If a casino website is continuously redirecting to new domains because of some rules and regulations in targeted country. So, can i track a record of that website in google analytics?

Also, is it possible like I can only register one website in google analytics and can track the redirecting domains data as well?

Can anyone guide in this?
