Can I target existing viral facebook ad and get a conversion?

I've been watching two viral ads on my facebook feed and can easily sell the same stuff for 50% of their price.
I do not have any experience with fb ads ..is there any way of making my stuff a winner as our price can be low and target these pages?

Definitely. Just create your ads and target the same audience at a lower price. Test it out, that's the only way for you to know.
